Petit Bernat és un vi elaborat al Celler Oller del Mas, a la Denominacio d'Origen Pla del Bages.
És un vi que s'elabora de forma ecològica amb les varietals de Syrah, Cabernet Franc i Merlot. Un vi jove que tan sols té 3 mesos de criança i del que s'elaboren poques ampolles cada any.
De color cirera picota i aspecte net i clar.
Al nas és net i intens amb notes de fruita vermella molt fresca sobre un fons de pastisseria i briox. Marquen les notes dolces i fumades en un marc especiat i balsàmic que aporten profunditat.
També hi trobem el record a la pedra foguera. La fusta és més present en nas i es troba elegantment integrada.
En boca presenta es presenta golós, dolç, agradable i equilibrat. Estructura lleugera amb un bon volum, de pas fresc i llarg. Cos mig, tanins dolços i bona integració de l’alcohol i l’acidesa.
